Fay is a masterpiece of Napa Valley terroir, showcasing the lush, supple elegance that defines this historic vineyard. As the first vineyard planted with Cabernet Sauvignon in what would become the famed Stag’s Leap District, FAY offers a textural symphony of velvety tannins, ripe dark fruit, and ethereal floral notes, balanced by the appellation’s signature minerality. Aged in French oak, the wine’s structure is both powerful and graceful, a true expression of the volcanic and alluvial soils that shape its depth and complexity. A Napa Valley icon with both history and finesse in every sip.

Stag’s Leap is one of the undisputed icons of the Napa Valley. The winery was founded in 1970, and their 1973 Cabernet won the famous Judgement of Paris tasting, beating first- and second-growth bordeaux. Since then they have become one of the most lauded and sought-after wine producers anywhere in the world. The winery is located in the Stags Leap District, a small sub-division in the south-eastern Napa Valley known for producing particularly elegant, ageworthy wine. Over the last five decades, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars have witnessed the dizzying proliferation of Napa Valley vineyards, yet amidst all their new neighbours have retained their own, compelling voice.
