Aromas of toast with hints of eucalyptus over a background of black fruits and liquor.
Sweet and balanced on the palate, with hints of candied fruits and a very good tannic structure. Long aftertaste, and a warm and velvety finale.
Roast or grilled red meat; roast lamb, slightly spicy, Serrano and Iberico ham and mature cheese.
