Vignes Blanches is a top site for white wine in the lesser-known village of Maranges at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune. The high altitude (360m) and thin, stony soil gives a crisp, refreshing wine that has fine fruit and minerality. Vinified 50% in barrel and 50% in stainless steel vats, this is a great success and one of the very best value whites of the Côte d’Or. Drink 2024-2026.
