Vignerons des Terres Secrètes is a group of 352 growers founded in 1928, with just over 1000 hectares under vine in the appellations of Mâcon, Saint Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé. Their Crémants share the same qualities and style of their famous neighbour Champagne, just 250 km to the north.
Vineyard: The vineyards are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais hills on limestone soils.
Vinification: Given two years on the lees before being
disgorged.
Tasting notes: Crisp and vibrant but with a satisfying
richness.
