A fine, 8 hectare estate with vines in both Chassagne and Santenay. Impeccably run by John Capuano who augments the domaine’s own production by buying grapes on long term contracts from the owners of a further 12 hectares. The wines are vinified in the magnificent cellars in the centre of Santenay and, until recently, over two thirds of the production was sold in France.
This is the estate’s finest white wine, aged in 30% new oak barrels. Rich and succulent with a full-bodied, generous texture, lovely, pure fruit and a long aftertaste.
