Tasting Notes
A lightly oaked Chardonnay from Clare Valley in South Australia. A beautiful gold in colour, with aromas of ripe peach and nectarines. The palate is silky with lovely citrus and stone fruit flavours and well integrated oak which gives weight, structure and notes of vanilla and honey. The weight of the wine is perfectly balanced by the refreshing acidity which leads into a subtle, yet lasting finish.

A good match for roast chicken, mushroom risottos, veal and salads with blue cheese and nuts.

One of Australia`s oldest wine regions and is probably best known for its Riesling wines. Polish Hill River is a sub-region one and a half hours drive north from Adelaide, with slate soils for a flintier style Riesling. The region is made up of smaller boutique wineries, so you are bound to find amazing gems by those producing on a smaller scale.
