SHORT HISTORY: This is a negoce wine from the prestigious Guibert Family who began planting here in 1971.

CLIMATE: Mediterranean - The Herault Valley north of Montpellier under the Larzac plateau. A relatively temperate microclimate as cool air comes off the mountains from the north and mild breezes off the Med from the south.

TERROIR: Sand and gravel soil on the banks side of the Hérault river - 120m altitude - North facing slopes.

VITICULTURE: Guyot - manual pruning & harvesting

YIELDS: 50 hl/Ha

VINIFICATION:
• Manual harvest
• 100% destemmed
• Vinified in stainless steel at cold temperature, bled after 10-12 hours maceration of all grape varieties
• Fined with isinglass
