From the best placed vines of the domaine just outside the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. Sylvain vinifies half the crop in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and half in small oak barrels, of which 10% are new. This is a splendid cuvée with fine vitality and precision and will be delicious to drink at an early age. Drink 2024-2028.
