Please note orders placed after the 15th December mid-night Christmas deadline will be delivered up to 5-7 working days after the 4th January 2022.

If you have received a dispatch email notification but your delivery has been delayed we strongly recommend you contact your local APC Courier depot direct as they will be able to help get your wine delivered as fast as possible. Please click the link above and enter your postcode to find your local depot. When calling them please quote your tracking consignment number. If you cannot contact them by phone please email the depot.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS

Final dispatches made with APC couriers for Christmas delivery (please allow 2 working days for delivery to be made due to Tier 4 restrictions and high volume of goods moving through the network).

Please note due to adverse weather conditions Fine Wine Direct may not be able to guarantee delivery within the specified time-frame.

Please note Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland deliveries will differ from standard UK delivery generally allow up to 8 working days.

We cannot be held liable if wines do not arrive in time for Christmas, we will do our very best to ensure all customers get their wines on time. If there is a problem with delivery please let us know as soon as possible, we will also be monitoring it as well.
