TASTING NOTES
Named after Bertrand’s star sign, this special cuvée is only produced in the best vintages from Bertrand’s oldest vines within the Bourgogne appellation (but in the commune of Nuits St Georges), together with parcels in the Côte de Nuits Villages, Pommard, Volnay, Beaune and Marsannay appellations that are too small to be vinified separately.  It is a high quality Côte d’Or Pinot, aged for fifteen months in 500 litre oak casks.
