On tasting it is simply delicious with fresh distinctive notes – gooseberry, passion fruit. On the nose the smell reminds me of organic wild nettle. At 12.5% it is just the right level of alcohol and a very nice Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, always serve chilled to ensure maximum drinking pleasure.
