This small offering comes from five minute, biodynamically farmed plots (Champ Perrier, Les Fermelottes, Le Pré la Dame, Bluses and Les Équinces). It is a joy in 2023. Elegant, biscuity, half-rich nose, a sense of tension and restraint to the pretty perfume. The palate is ripely flavoured, supple and generous but with an impressive “dry extract” structure underneath. Impressive length as well.
