This is a refreshing, mineral wine with great balance, versatility and complexity, characterised by aromas of pear and citrus fruit, candied orange and a hint of buttery toast from oak ageing.
Although the 2020 vintage was affected by climatic challenges including hot temperatures combined with unexpected frosts, yield reductions and water restrictions, the hand-picked chardonnay grapes managed to reach their full fruity expression while maintaining balanced acidity levels.
