Séchet is the finest part of Vaillons and Samuel owns a plot of 90 year old vines planted by his great-grandfather on 161-49 rootstock. Vinified in stainless steel vats, this has wonderful precision and vitality. A brilliant example of pure, unoaked chardonnay. Drink 2025-2032.
