A monopole of the domaine comprising 2.5 hectares of 40 year old vines planted on a distinctive, red, clay soil due to a high content of iron oxide. Profound, black cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose with a dense, close-knit texture, firm but ripe tannins and an impressive, persistent aftertaste. Drink 2027-2032.
