The Roy family’s finest Chablis vineyards lie near the village of Fontenay adjacent to premier cru Fourchaume. The steep, south-facing vineyard gives a rich, intense wine that has beautiful, ripe fruit allied to fine acidity. Fermented and aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the maximum of freshness and vitality. Drink 2024-2026.
