In less than a decade, the "Or" range has become Château Minuty's signature. The result of meticulous plot selection, these cuvées stand out for their naturalness and finesse.

This cuvée is an estate wine. It was born in 2009 out of a desire to push even further the Domaine's signature search for delicacy and elegance on the palate, as well as aromatic generosity on the nose. To achieve this, the estate's three great terroirs have been skilfully blended, and Rose et Or embodies the taste of Château Minuty.

Minuty Rosé et Or
Grapes 100% from the estate, harvested by hand. HVE (High Environmental Value) certification for the entire property since 2019 (160 hectares). The grapes are harvested by hand when just ripe and come from three terroirs: Gassin, the site of the Château, with its beautiful crystalline schist; Vidauban, the historic site, with its deep red clay soils; and Ramatuelle, on the sands with a view of the sea, for lightness. 100% free-run juice selected by Jean-Etienne and François Matton, who are in charge of pressing. These free-run juices are collected by gravity in the vats, then subjected to meticulous settling and alcoholic fermentation with drastic temperature control. No malolactic fermentation, as with all Minuty rosés.

A vibrant, expressive rosé that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine.

Grenache, Tibouren

SOIL / CLIMATE
Cultivated using sustainable agriculture methods, the vineyard thrives in a coastal area with southwest exposure on soils composed of mica shist.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested by hand. De-stemming and crushing are followed by cooling and inert gas injection. Free-run juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.

Colour: Pale with translucent reflections
Nose: Sharp notes of citrus fruit and white flowers
Palate: Complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse offering notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.
